I volunteered with LCTW last year in November for about three weeks and it has been one of the best experiences I've had volunteering. Everyone at the center is truly dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals. Unfortunately, many cannot be reintroduced back to the wild and that's why volunteers play such an important part in making animal enrichments to help stimulate their wild instincts and improve their quality of life. You will learn so much from these animals and it will be by far one the most rewarding experiences you will ever have.

I've had the best 3 weeks of my life volunteering at LCTW! The animals were amazing and so loved and cared for by the staff. Each project we created made an impact on their lives and was incredibly rewarding to be a part of it.

HUGE thank you to every single member of staff who showed us dedication, passion and commitment to the cause and for the wonderful opportunity to volunteer in Lao. And a special thank you to our "Lao Mamas", Dani and Caitlin who made every single day funny, interesting and all around wonderful!

I was absolutely heartbroken to leave LCTW and highly recommend this project to anyone looking to make great friends, travel to such a beautiful country and work hard for such a brilliant cause. 10/10 Wishing all the best in the future for LCTW!

I volunteered for two weeks at LCTW I would highly recommend this project they are really doing some amazing work.
They have great vision, values and goals which is towards having the animals to have the most positive welfare.

The staff are super friendly, my time there was fun,educational, exciting and I felt safe the whole time and all-round great experience!!

I believe in the future this is going to be the best rescue centre in Laos because of the determination that the staff have for helping these animals they really deserve all the help they can get !

And obviously the animals there are incredible to work with !!!!

An amazing organisation right on the front line of animal welfare issues in Laos! These folks are making a genuine difference in the lives of so many animals caught up in desperate situations...by standing side-by-side with the people of Laos and working closely with the government and relevant authorities on the ground.
